1. How long does it take an order to arrive?
An order is usually ship within 2 business day unless the order includes preorder or back order products. You receive the item within 5-7 Days unless it is preorder or back ordered.

3. Do you accept exchanges?
We accept certain exchanges. Contact us to see if your order or item qualifies.
4. Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on certain products. You must return the item within 7 days of arrival to return. The item must not be worn and must be returned in original condition. No exceptions.
5. I already paid but want to cancel my order, am I allowed to?
We ship out usually within 24 hours. Therefore, we do not cancel orders once it has been processed to ship.
6. I didn’t receive my order. What do I do?
